[My] Life in Wisconsin

Good Morning Everyone;

What a day we had... John Pryes and daughter, Brandy came early yesterday morning to help me get that darned little plow on the Cub Cadet.
(Well, actually, I got to watch as they did most of the work). hehehe
I am very tired of the cold weather already, not to mention the snow that still needs some relocating. Little by little I am 'finding' my concrete apron again.
But I cuss when my foot gets cold too. You just watch, now I'll be able to predict the weather with my left foot! A veritable pain in the ____!

They also helped me dig out the snowblower. It was in the old shed, neatly tucked behind one of the rummage tables that has oodles of stuff on it, and kind of tough to get to. But with the three of us, it was a cinch.
John got that going too. NOW, I really am ready for winter.

But I am NOT ready for Christmas. Are you? I am still getting through my little cards here... Have two stacks ready to seal, stamp, and send out. Plenty more to go. (Remember, Christmas in Flintville isn't over 'til my last card gets mailed)!

Baby Mariah and her family need a few extra prayers right now. Won't you take a moment to visit, to read, and to let Miss Micki know you were there?

To top it all off, now I have a nasty cold. You are NOT lucky enough to have it make me quiet, so you will have to put up with me a while longer...
I have a feeling that a few of you have shared your colds with me. (Nice that you share, but just as soon as I find out which one of you shoved the little marshmallows up my nose I shall block you forever)! hehehe
Good thing I've got a mouth so I can still breathe...

Even a fresh batch of leek soup didn't put a dent in my stuffy head.

But at least it tasted good! (I think)...

I'd better close and go in search of some stuff to UNstuff my head.
I talk "fuddy" ~and am sneezing all the time too.

Good Night, and God Bless.

XOXO
Anne
