I was going to sit and catch up a bit here. Not going to happen as my back just will not be comfy any which way. (Might have overdid it on the outside work). But that is almost all done for 2009. (Say "YAY")!

Being partial to Parmesan cheese, I chose Oka's recipe suggestion for my catfish.
It was SO very good! (And I am quite happy to have a few pieces leftover too)!
