Good Morning!
The weather as the MOST boring topic? You've got that right. (But if I ever don't show up for a day or two, please know that i am sitting here, completely frozen in front of my computer!
OK, so it's not that bad...
Still it is a very chilly morning here.
Chilly even on the inside.
No heat back here; just a cold air vent that has no problem living up to its name.
(I will be moving the computer back out into the living room very shortly). Sure have had enough of this room already today!
First things first.
Casey still has a ton of pain. Her doctor is out of town, visiting family out west. But she did reach him by phone, and at least now she has a renewed prescription for her pain pills. He will be back on Monday, so we shall try to at least keep her home until then. A few of you had commented on her blog that there has to be some state and/or federal type of aid available for her. Please tell me where to begin to even look into it...
At any rate; pain or no, she would be extremely hard~pressed to miss any part of our Packer Game tomorrow... (As would I). hehehe
And like I said yesterday, it surely has been a long week of waiting for it too!
I read an article on here- Something about both teams practicing with a football that was put in a freezer before use?
Do I lose a bit of respect here, or is it merely laughable, that they could have saved the freezer a bit of electricity by simple leaving their balls outside!
And why does the word "duh" come to mind?
So my question of the day (for you this time), is:
WHO WILL YOU BE ROOTING FOR???
The GREEN BAY PACKERS?
or
The NEW YORK GIANTS?
You all know where my own allegiances lay...
