I just had a brilliant idea.....you and Pea could BOTH move to Michigan....then I can go there and see everyone!!!!

I'm nursing my wounds this weekend. I heard from my Mortgage Broker this morning and there will be no closing until the end of Dec. (that's when my bankruptcy will be 4 years old.) I'm hoping the program for financing the bank is offering will still be available then (since banks are known to drop programs), if they do I don't know what I'll do. I'm plenty scared and worried. I will also lose a days pay this week because I requested today off because I was told there would be a closing last Monday and the pay out would be today. I have to give two weeks notice at work to get extra time off, so by the time I found out there wasn't going to be a closing it was too late to cancel the day off. I promised mom I would go shopping with her and have lunch out tomorrow, thinking I could do a little shopping and treat her to lunch, now she's going to have to buy her own lunch and I'll only be able to do "window shopping". Never mind me... I'm just having a good old fashioned pity party for myself. (I wish I had a dog to hug!)
I'm glad we worked out that plan over the phone, and you finally figured out how to use it. "Woof" however is not the proper telephone greeting. Now remember the plan...When she's not looking/paying attention, you know what to do.... As for you're treats...I know they're very difficult to get to, but keep trying. If you look at her with your puppy dog eyes and whine a bit while licking your chops, or some other cute puppy shenanigan, you may get a couple extra for free. Make sure you give her big wet sloppy kisses of thanks. Good luck.
