ReplyDeleteI should've read all the way to the bottom... I was never any good at that... We were once given an instruction sheet that the top said "Read all instructions fully and then follow them..." After that there was about 50 steps:
1. Write your name in the top left corner of this sheet
2. Write your teacher's name underneath your name
3. Write the date under your teacher's name
~etc...~
And then the last one was:
50. Don't do any of the above steps...
Yup, I had done about 5 of them, realized a few other people were just sitting there... Skipped to the bottom and felt like an idiot...
The point of the lesson was to get us to follow instructions properly...
Anyone else find this as slightly ironic and completely dumb???
Doesn't that last step defeat that purpose????

I did get very nervous meeting Greg's dad and step-mother... One reason was because his dad's a dentist and my teeth are horrible. I had nightmares that he was going to open my mouth up at the table and examine them!!! He didn't... Well, he did do that to Greg, but that's because the issue was brought up about a missing crown... But that's a whole 'nother story...

I think they are brainwashed just to the point that I want them... Oh no! My secret's out!!!
Just kidding... I found that my truest friends were where I least expected them to be and I'm blessed to have them by my side...

This is quite the rush of anticipation and I remember waking up many times when I was really little and always had the giddy feeling until the first notes started! I'd rush downstairs pausing only a moment to look at the tree before dashing to the bathroom quick before the rest of my sisters made it down! Oh, it's so much fun even now and I look forward to it every year! I'm just bless that Mom made it possible to have our own special Christmas when I was recovering this past year!! Love you MORE!!! :D

I wouldn't really call them push-ups.... They're more like I've~Fallen~and~I~Can't~Get~Up~s.... :D In all serious, I can't do them fully yet because of the abdominal muscles healing from the last two surgeries, but a stretch that I do for my back is kind of close so I'm getting there!
