The Definition of Gun Control

From Gritter, in my email...

Last Thursday Night Around Midnight, A Woman was Arrested, Jailed, And Charged With Manslaughter For Shooting A Man 6 Times In The Back

The Following Monday Morning, The Woman Was Called In Front Of The Arraignment Judge, Sworn In, And Asked To Explain Her Actions.

The Woman Replied, "I Was Standing At The Corner Bus Stop For About 15 Minutes, Waiting For The Bus To Take Me Home After Work.

I Am A Waitress At A Local Cafe....
I Was There Alone,
so I Had My Right Hand On My Pistol,
That Was In My Purse,
that Was Hung Over My Left Shoulder.

All Of A Sudden I Was Being Spun Around Hard To My Left.
As I Caught My Balance, I Saw A Man Running Away With My Purse.

I Looked Down At My Right Hand And I Saw That My Fingers Were still Wrapped Tightly Around My Pistol.

The Next Thing I Remember Is Saying Out Loud, "No Way Punk!  Your Not Stealing My Pay Check And Tips."

~ I Raised My Right Hand, Pointed My Pistol At The Man Running Away From Me With My Purse,

And I squeezed The Trigger Of My Pistol 6 Times!

When Asked By The Arraignment Judge, "Why Did You Shoot The Man 6 Times?

The Woman Replied Under Oath, "Because, When I Pulled The Trigger The 7th Time, It Only Went Click."

The Woman Was Acquitted Of All Charges, and Was Back At Work, At The Cafe, The Next Day!

Now that's Gun Control....

Rumor has it that this is a true story, out of Houston.
hehehe
Thank You Suzy Q.!

XOXO

  1. I was just about to log off and head to bed. Had to read this. :)

I don't like guns. But for some reason, it seems logical that if we were all allowed to carry our own guns and be able to defend ourselves in the time of need, there would be less crime. After all.....wouldn't the thug think twice about doing the deed if he/she knew there was a chance they would be shot in return?

If this is a true story....then this is real justice!

  2. mixed emotions here, I dont know......Her life was not in danger, he ran when he got what he wanted , I think me personally would suffer way more at the fact that I killed a man, than the fact that someone stole my pay. that I can live with easier. with that said I do believe in kill or be killed, you do what you must to defend yourself or family, but again......her life wasnt in jeopardy.

  3. I like this definition of gun control and I agree with Peachie, if criminals knew we were not victims and they took a chance of paying immediately for their actions, maybe they would think twice. If this is true, I say good on her.
