I went to some of those links to get help/grant money/etc...thing that puzzles me is they are suppose to be helping those that don't have enough money to pay their heating bills, etc. but yet they want you to pay shipping and handling for something to tell ya how to go about doing this. That just ain't right! I could use all the help I can get but I know that beings they say I make to much money to even get food stamps, they sure as heck ain't gonna help me out whatsoever.
