Islet Cell

The islet cells within the pancreas are those that are responsible for producing insulin.
These are the cells they are hoping to find happy and healthy within Caseys diseased pancreas, and to remove them. Transplanting them into her liver.

  1. Yep, these are the cells (and beta cells) that are killed off by the body and this makes a person a type 1 diabetic. Amazingly, they are beginning to be able to create these from adult stem cells!

  7. Wow! Very pretty!!!

As for the candy, don't listen to the pancreas. It is a scam. It only wants to entice you with candy and reel you in for a kidnapping. DON'T TAKE THE CANDY FROM THE PANCREAS!!!!!!

This has been a public notice from viewers like you.
