Casey's Hospitalization and Surgery UPDATED

Start:     Apr 6, '09 07:30a
End:     Apr 11, '09
Location:     University of Minnesota, Fairview
CaseyAnne has "megacolon". A condition which only can be relieved by surgery.
She has much pain-

Some days good. Most days in pain.

When her surgery is over, she will be relieved of 70% of her colon...
I believe this hospitalization may be longer than her transplant hospitalization was?

    I'm here for you, all the way. I'll also get some friends to pray for her and I wish you didn't have
    to be alone there waiting for the surgery to be over!! That is such a stressful thing, but I'm sure all

    Oh gosh, please tell me you will not be alone waiting for word the day of surgery.....that's just not a good thing. If you'd like I could post a note asking if someone in the area could come sit with you...just let me know.

    Casey spent last night at the hospital.
    She is home now.
    Her surgery has been moved up to 8AM. We have to be at the hsopital by 5:30.

    I am at the hotel with Punk.

    They took Casey up at 7:30...

    Dr Sutherland said 3 hours.
    The nurse said they have this surgery scheduled to go for 5 and a half. ?????????
    I will go back up about 10.

    Pray hard.
