What's YOUR Barometer?

...
I took this picture (along with others), on the way back from the hospital last night, out the side window.
Thought it turned out pretty cool.

Short, sweet, and to the point tonight...

I always know when I have a fever- My teeth hurt. (No, really they do). And all my joints hurt too... Right down to my pinkie toe. My teeth hurt tonight- as do my toes... Do you have a way to know a fever without a thermometer?

I was going to blog--> (wuzzgonna), hehehe, but after wrestling with Flicker on here, I think I will just go and relax for a while.

Casey is OK-
Her and Greg were just here to collect her car; (with respect to them, and to the way I feel I did not allow either of them to come in)!    I think that broke Punkies heart.

Took Punk out a few hours ago, and played a bit. Tired now. (So is she).

Will write more tomorrow.  Be good. Have a 'wunnaful' night.
My love to all.

XOXO,
Me

  2. Sweet Peach-
As you know, I rarely get sick- but when I do, I seem to do it well. (And no arguing either. I get migraines, and my back is a piece of painful poop. But I do not get sick).
That said, I shall feel all better by tomorrow.

If I croak though, no flowers.

    XOXO

  5. Dang it my message didn't save. UGHHHH

    Take Care of You.

I know a fever just because I feel awful a certain way, no explanation for the awful feeling (not cold symptoms, not achie, just awful)

  6. I get chills and I ache in places that don't normally ache... When this cold/flu or whatever the hell it is first latched onto me, I felt so bad that my teeth hurt... So I guarantee that I had a fever...

Eat some chicken soup, snuggle up with Punkie and get some rest! Hoping that you will feel much better tomorrow!

  7. I had it all last week , it lasted for eight days, fever, aches, vomiting on and off not too much but the runs for good measure also, lol I had a horrible deep nagging cough...I took cold and flu meds, drank lots of water and liquids, eating was a chore but you gotta eat, soups and such I ate. and the best thing for it I found, sleep, sleep, sleep. If I had the H1N1 I dont know, but as long as your not having breathing problems or fever that you cant bring down, Arizona is asking you to stay home and treat it and not go to the Dr. This week I'm about 80% I feel so much better and fever is all gone, I still have a bit of congestion and coughing going on. I hope you feel better soon sweet Annie xoxoxo

  9. I'm sorry you're not feeling well, but it WILL be gone tomorrow...Yup, I'll agree with you.
I'm really glad that Casey is better...gosh, these days you just never know what you might have. All
    kinds of things going around.
Have a good night and take good care of yourself. Hugs & blessings....B

  11. I dont think I actually have a noticeable symptom for a fever.. that I have noticed anyways. If Im feeling bad enough to have a fever.. I go to bed..

I am one of those lucky ones that has a very good immune system.. and I dont get sick often. But when I do.. its usually a humdinger.

    Hope you feel better soon.

  17. That's a LONG time to be sick. With the exception of my ulcer, (the treatment was worse that the pain by the way), I have never been sick for that long.

It was the cough that got me sick... Not a normal cough, but all the way from my aching toes.

Casey told me to take some mucinex- Not going to do anything unless I get to feeling worse.

  19. I really do feel a bit better than yesterday-
Casey does not though- She went to UWGB, took her test and is back home already.
Hanging in there as she always does.
Just with this godawful pain that comes and goes and comes and goes.
