Waaaaaaaaaa.....I think I've seen enough of this idiot? Swine flu under Democratic presidents??? Actually, everyone I know had infectious warts during GWB, but we found a vaccine for it. Term limit.
Bitch doesn't even begin to describe her. All of the promises made to veterans over the last 100 years are being slowly broken....benefits promised are being eroded.....claims now take years to process, feeling like they are they are waiting for you to die or give up. What really pissed me off in the '08 election....McCain, as a VETERAN, consistently voted AGAINST legislation benefiting veterans.
... Not sure of your age, but I am SO wondering how bad this might make the Vietnam Veterans feel- Knowing what they came home to and all... It breaks my heart that some bitch comes along and tells them- or ANY of the veterans in my family- and your own- that what they did, whether or not they signed up for it, was not good enough...
McCarthyism, Oct. 2008????. It never went away. Russia and China are now as Capitalistic, or more, than America. Ah, ain't that a shame. The USA prefers the long approach to paying of the debt they caused. Hardly matters anyway since most of it is Chinese. By the way, who owns America these days? The World owns the UK and they live here.
Vietnam Era.....it seems her view is that "you are willing to die for your country but we're not willing to give you anything for doing it, especially if you get injured"....i.e....you're on your own.

Oh, I have a name for her that I've never ever used, & it starts with a C.
I remember in the early days of the Iraq invasion, the mantra was "Support our troops!" If one didn't support the invasion, they were called unpatriotic. I also remember that as our troops came home maimed & psychologically damaged, they didn't have adequate help even THEN.
Don't think for one single moment that they are getting the care they need even NOW. It is so bad- Yet to call one's own government unpatriotic is so hard to do. But by them not giving a damn, that is EXACTLY what they are.
And so, it is up to their fellow Americans, all of us, to do whatever we can for them all.
She has changed her "mind" and removed that item from her proposal.....gee, wonder if it had anything to do with all the posts from veterans on her Facebook page and all the calls to her office.
That's why I had "mind" in quotes....she didn't do it for any other reason than the outrage of all the major veteran organizations, the numerous posts on her Facebook page and thousands of calls to her office.....she realized she pissed off about 23M voters nationwide.....
....and Minnesota elected her.....
