It is time for the people of Benton Harbor to surround the city and protect their elected officials and city from the fascist take-over because their is no right Snyder can proclain constitutionally to replace elected officials at will without another election NO MATTER WHAT HE THINKS...Benton Harbor has the right to call on the Pres and military to come in and protect them from Snyder..........There is NO Constitutional authority to replace elected officials by non-elected officials at will.......He can try it if he really want to start a war...and that is what he is begging for ...they can pass any leg they want but it doesn't mean it is law unless it passes Constitutional test...and doing such can be considered a act of sedition. These Governors fail to understand that the President can come in and replace them for such acts until an election can be held under their enabling acts that created their states...They fail to realize that they are not sovereign nations but the property of the UNITED STATES and can be desolved at the will of Congress and taken back by the United States proer by repealing their enabling acts...They are a bunch of Fascist uneducated fools is all they are...

ReplyDeleteHi, not living in WI I guess I did not get the right understanding of the issue. I though that the Teachers, State Employees, etc. were getting an unfair share of benefits, while paying only a small percentage. While other workers were paying much much more for their benefits. You know not paying the same out of check for Insurance etc. Guess I did not get it right. The Factory worker, cashier, trash man, must all be getting the same share of the Pie and paying the same or else they would be up in arms too. It certainly has caused a stire though has'nt it.
ReplyDeleteYes you are so very out of the loop...the public employees is just 1 of the hundreds of issues that are going on here with the Walkers attempted fascist takeover...there are so many and there are more destructive items against the middle-class, children, seniors, etc every day in favor of the richest and the biggest corporations for his own personal benefits....it is a sad time in this honorable state of WI until we can remove him and his alias and get our democracy back...FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE ...and not For The Corporations and the Rich...the working population is what matters ...the mom and pop on your street your next door neighbor and the kid and family down the street...THE ERA OF ME ME ME AND GREED IS OVER!
ReplyDeleteActually the public employees pay more than private sector employees for benefits and get less salary than their equal counterparts...actually the public employees "benefits" are actually deferred salary...so instead of a high salary it is put into their pension and insurance...what Walker et al are doing is taking from the working class to give it to the rich and corporations giving the richest tax cuts on the backs of the poor and middle-class...the entire propaganda campaign of Walker and the Republicans is a lie...and are being confronted with the facts to their lies by the citizens of the state....it is about union busting so people don't have a voice in there working conditions and everything, so that he eliminates the competition to the Republican Party and their illegal activities, selling of state owner property by executive decree, to do the same as MI has done with Benton Harbor to dissolve elected city governments at will and much much more fascist tactics of power control and corruption that are completely against the US Constitution and the WI Constitution....
The factory workers, the trash collectors, the teachers, the shop keepers, the students, the seniors, etc etc all are "UP IN ARMS" and protesting and doing the recalls and the people of the WI MOVEMENT...it is everyone from every walk of life that has been affected by THE WALKER....except the Rich and Corporations, they just sit back and rake in the benefits.
Yeah you haven't been given the facts of the events going on in WI they are very encompassing and numerous and the list keeps growing every time he opens his mouth...I have never in all my many many years ever thought I'd see my state have to go through this reverse Robin-hood type government...to rob from the poor and most needy and the hard working middle class in order to give it to the richest.
There is so much more but that is all the space want to use up for now...but can check out my site blog posts to see what is and has been going on since January.

ReplyDeleteLast word I have is that Jesse Jackson, the Mayor of Flint and several others have signed on and are suing on several constitutional grounds but haven't heard anymore...also Snyder was supposed to be the Grand Marshal or what ever in some big parade thing in Benton Harbor and haven't heard how that turned out...thought that was like this last weekend...
