[My] Life in Wisconsin

Home. Safe and Sound

Hi All;
We are home. After the longest, most painful ,and nauseating drive I have ever been a part of.
I was treated for my migraine at the clinic as soon as we hit town. Am going to go lie down for now.
More then, after I wake...

Good Night.
Love to all.

XOXO
Me

  8. Good plan!

I used to have migraines, the medics had me on Migral & all sorts of other drugs which sort of made the pain sort-of distant but did not fix it, then one day a migraine struct while I was installing computers for a chiropractor. I could not complete the installation — swimming vision, pain, dizziness, etc — so he xrayed me, adjusted me, 20 minutes later I was right as rain.

I need to visit a chiro about every 3 or 4 months, which is much better than overwhelming pain several times each week. Chiros vary a fair bit, so your mileage may be different, but it may be another option.

  12. Hope your head is feeling better today. It must feel good to be home, where you can rest and recuperate. I don't know about you but I never sleep well in any bed but my own.

Spring isn't far off down here, it's going to be in the low 70s this weekend!! I'm planning lots of outdoor activities with Doc.

  15. I am alive. Barely. And at this point do not care if I live to see another day.
I did sleep. Kept waking sick to my stomach...
This too shall pass. Or not.

Now as far as the chiropractor goes. I used to go on a vary regular basis too.
My brother in law is a chiropractor also.
It felt wonderful, but there was only ONE time in all those visits that a chiropractor actually took away my head pain. Then he moved to Illinois.

I shall try to blog shortly.

Love to all. And many thanks for your compassion, and for your own love and friendship

    XOXO
