    When I click on anyones links it says the very same thing!

    I sent this note to customer service...

    "Contact Us
    Thank you for your message. It has been sent to Multiply's customer service staff.
    We address all issues in the order we receive them, so please be patient and we will reply to you as soon as possible."

  4. Since it startted, I get it on occasion. Usually all I have to do is click on one of links to the keft and it shows up.

  5. Mine was doing that too and then I noticed I had the box checked to show only unread posts and when I unchecked that everything seemed to fix itself. I was also in the filter that said "posted by me" or something like that..

    So check your settings miss Rock..

    And I have them sorted (usually) by 'latest reply'

    I have tried everything already!

  9. Try this, it's worked for me: put a check mark in the box at the top that says "Include posts from friends and friends of friends". After it shows all those posts go back and uncheck the box and it should return to normal -- hopefully!

  10. Ive been having trouble too, I click on recent updates, even if it doesnt show that there are any, and low and behold theres everyones blogs. I'm sure multiply will figure it out!

  11. you are supposed to have to delete cookies, log out, log back in....I will find the thingy that said so and copy it here.

  12. Same problem with me too. No matter which contact I click on I get the message below.



    I deleted cookies, history, everything, logged out, and back in but it didn't fix the problem

    Strange thing is that my husband's is working perfectly. How weird.

    Then look on the RIGHT side bar to that post. You will find lots of things that have corrected that same issue.
