Just letting you know how this story has turned out. Maybe you remember the guy that put his girlfriends 5 month old puppy in the oven to kill it?

In February this awful human was found guilty-
This past Friday he was sentenced to 6 years.
Don't they say that murderers start this way?

ReplyDeleteI voted for the 7-14 because he will not serve the whole time even though there is a demonstrated danger to his ex. The man is indeed sick and I pray his ex is able to stay safe.

this indeed is a heinous crime, and yes they do say that when people maim and torture and kill animals, they are going to be doing it to people next! I also voted for the 7 - 14 years, because I know that the law won't make him do all 16 years, but I believe that 7 - 14 years is a long enough time and that they need to make people who do crimes like this see a professional counselor and get counseling - PRONTO. he needs to be shown that his behaviour is NOT acceptable in any way shape or form, so doing the time will show him that and going through psychological counseling and therapies.

ReplyDeleteSo sad that people can even bring themselves to do any thing to hurt an animal is beyond me. This coming from a soldier trained and willing to kill people if the need ever arose :( He may not be treated as we wish he would be in prison as prisoners save the harsh treatment for Rock-spiders and Spousal Abusers and rightly so
