[My] Life in Wisconsin

Holy Crap! All deleted now! I was just informed by Sweet Pea that when she visited my top page, it gave her a notification about my national terror alert indicator- that it had some sort of malware in it. I have now deleted that all. (Special thanks to Pea for letting me know)! XOXO, Me

  1. Me neither Sweetie-
Even when I go to that site there is nothing that pops up.
I will not take chances on losing my friends on here over some dang widget either
    So I simply removed it-

  2. Hon, this is the second time you've had something on your page that's been 'infected'.

Do you have a serious antivirus program? How about something to block Javascripts?

    A firewall in place?

    I can recommend some things.

  3. I guess we can never be too careful when it comes to even the "little" things that try to get to us. These people that plant these viruses in unsuspecting and supposedly "safe" places needs to be strung up by their toes and given the "water board" treatment!

And Anne....even the very best virus detector program will still not be good enough in some cases. Those "viral invaders" know all about how to get around those things. And I wouldn't be at all surprised if the ones who invented the viruses are the same ones who invented the virus protection programs.

  4. Am going to have to pull Greg here by the ears... No wonder he had to redo my computer!
    I'm just mad now.
Not his fault- more likely my own as I have a tendency to get carried away reading from link to link to link...

  5. If I stay safe all over I might as well just read the 1960 version of the encyclopedia.

I'm trying to do good- I really am.
