Good Morning All; Not sure how to embed these. But please CLICK HERE for a TRUE Wisconsin story of the 30-~Point~Buck. (Ya gotta love these corn fed deer)! The video is also on that page...
I am not so ignorant to say that sport hunting does not exist, but I swear 100% of the hunters I know would never do such a thing. They are family hunters! They clean and eat what they kill.
The deer multiply like rats where I live, we NEED deer hunting season here. I see deer hunting as thinning out the herd, which is responsible wildlife management. Also, I know quite a few people who have totaled their cars (1 person more than once!) because of a deer running out in front of their car.
Bow season is open. The deer are also in rut, the past few nights I've been hearing them calling their mates in the woods back behind my house.
There is nothing freakier than deer in rut. Their entire demeanor changes, and they make noises previously reserved to Jack the Rippers England...
The insurance companies also love deer. They do not see killers at all. They see dollar signs. hehehe I think I know that person that has hit more than one deer. Her name is Cyndy and she works at Wouters. She has been singlehandedly responsible for taking out many deer on this stretch of road. Oh her car dealer loves her too. But those airbags sure make mincemeat out of her face.
Now go tell Fluffy to get on his cricket slayer paws and take care of that for ya! I swear Punk and Sputty have taken care of all the things that make me go "eek" around here. While crickets don't bother me, having them chreeching in the house all night does. One of them must have bothered the dog and the cat too... hehehe
WOW, will have to show Mike (btw, Mike is my husband, LOL)

I've been huntin' for days for a noisy cricket here in the bedroom. Does that qualify me as a hunter?
