Paranormal- Fact or Fiction?

I know a few of you already know these stories. Some of you believe- Some not.
Either way is fine- But here are just a few of my own experiences...

On another blog, unrelated, there is a comparison made to ghosts and voting.
I have to admit I did not 'get it'-

But it did make me think that I have to post a bit of my own experiences after a friend commented not believing.

My friend is not alone.
Many do not believe in spirits-
Many more did not believe unless/until something happened to them. (This is the category I was in).

As for myself, I always thought that spirits and/or ghosts were bad- They were scary things that you really couldn't see or touch- And they were harbingers of that doom and gloom feeling.

When I turned 16, my mom said she would take me to see "The Amityville Horror" movie- But only if I read the whole book first.
She bought the book, and we both read it as we could.
Still, reading the book did not prepare me for those 2 red glowing eyes I saw in the window in the movie...

You see, when I was about 3 or 4, I had come downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom-
(A big girl I was, and did not want to wake my parents to take me anymore).
I came out of the bathroom, and had glanced into the kitchen. There were those 2 red glowing eyes looking at me from under the kitchen table. I quickly slammed the door, retreating to that little room, and screaming my lungs out.
So much for not waking the folks...

I do not recall how that was explained to me, but the image of those eyes have remained with me throughout my life.

Later on, growing up, now and again I would 'feel' someone here with me.
Since no one really believed, save for one experience my own mom had with my dads mom after she passed, I never did relay those scary, paranoid, experiences.

Those dismissive thoughts did not last long into my adulthood.

When I was about 23, I was dating my racecar man, Bob. One night he had stayed overnight, after getting some glass deep in his eye from working on the car.
At some point in the middle of that night I awoke and saw Roberta standing in the doorway to my bedroom.  As soon as I thought to speak to her, I remembered that my daughters were all staying at mom and dads-
Bob asleep beside me, I knew I must have been dreaming. So I closed my eyes. I waited. Then looked again.  "She" was still there.
Clearing my eyes, a closer look made me realize this girl was not my little Roberta-
This girl was wearing a dress I had picked up from a rummage sale earlier that day. That dress had yet to be washed- was laying on the laundry room floor.

I turned away once more, still thinking I was dreaming, and even pinched myself. Looking back a 3rd time, there she was. Still!
That was it. I screamed. I buried my face in my pillow. And I woke the sleeping Bob.
I did not even have the courage to tell him what had just happened! Just a "bad dream".

A few years later, remarried, my husband had fallen to nap on the couch one day. That afternoon he described that same little girl waking him!

At that point my own eyes really opened up.
I began to read many different stories- The library was only about 3 blocks away from our little townhouse-
What I couldn't find at the library I found in bookstores. Many people were corroborating my experiences, and my own feelings. I was thrilled! I was no longer afraid, or thinking these are bad things. After all, no one had ever been harmed at any point in my life, or with anything that had happened.

I have since experienced many different things that I realize are paranormal. As such they are defined as "
Beyond the range of normal experience or scientific explanation".

I will enclose two of my favorite photos- taken in my own home...

From Ghost study, here, comes the difference between Ghosts & Spirits.

A ghost is someone who has passed on and is "stuck" between the physical world and the Afterlife. They do not cross through The Light to go on to the Afterlife, but stick around in this "netherworld" for one reason or another.

A spirit is a person who has passed on, but has actually gone through The Light and into the Afterlife. There they go through a life review learning process, and after that, are able to come and go between the Afterlife and our physical world.

Triskaidekaphobia! (And Fried Brains)?

Triskaidekaphobia (Click on the word if you don't know what it is).

I don't have it...
(Probably one of the few things that doesn't run in the family too)!  hehehe

Good Morning all;
Storm warnings are out... So I will be typing fast- Forgive any errors.

It is just beginning to get dark.  Quite dark.  Which is an odd thing to say at 9AM.
Flash flood warnings are already out- My weather radio went off 3+ hours ago telling me that there was a storm watch. I don't really pay attention to the watches, but am happy for the heads~up too.

Checking the radar on weather channel was this (then).

From the weather channel
That blob has now morphed and is much closer...

Then came this on the news-

Doug_Friday_morning

He said to pay attention in about an hour because winds could be in excess of 60mph.
What? Does he want me to watch as everything goes flying across the yard?!?
Funny guy...

At the risk of making my son in law, William laugh out loud, I have a complaint.

I've been hot. Too hot. (And miserably humid as well).

Now add 77% humidity 100F

I do not get along with these nasty hot and humids...
Those who live with it, and like it? I think the weather has fried your brain.
hehehe

The weekend begs me to be rich, and to get out and enjoy.
If I had the means, I would happily go for a sail on any of these ships!!!
The Tall Ship Festival is once again in Green Bay, and OH! I would LOVE to go!!!

tall ship festival

Wouldn't you love it too?
Spendy though, and they are even charging just to walk acro$$ the bridge from one side of the Fox River to the other?!
WTH?
That's crazy!

Another place I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to go is Sault Ste. Marie, MI.
(Yeah, that sorta goes without saying).
hehehe

But, at the end of August the Kewadin Casino in
Sault Ste. Marie is having a 2-day Paranormal Convention-
Billed as "the largest paranormal gathering of its kind in the Midwest", when I received the flyer for it I wanted to leave immediately

By now, you all know how intrigued I am with this subject. Casey is also, and of course wants to go too. I don't think it's going to be possible- One thing I have learned in these 50+ years of mine is that a body can dream forever if need be...

upprs

Please visit their page here- Very interesting stuff!
Their top page even says the
head office is located in Sault Ste. Marie in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where people are affectionately referred to as Yoopers!

Just returning from Sault Ste Marie is my Cousin Tiffany (known affectionately as "Buttercup"). She is on her way back to Colorado to return to her teaching job, having spent her summer at her home in The Soo.
She stayed overnight Wednesday- a nice break in her travel, (even nicer that she came here)!
This morning she woke in Iowa City, spending the night with friends. "So far so good" reads the text I got from her earlier- A good thing!

Tiffany and Casey

Her T-Shirt says Tru-Native-Yooper! hehehe
"In winter we shovel snow and in summer we swat mosquitoes. During the spring and fall we rest up for swatting and shoveling". (Peter Oikarinen's reply to the often-asked question of Yoopers, "What do you people do up there?" 1987-)
If you want to giggle,
do the click...  hehehe
I made a Shrimp Scampi for a lighter fare Wednesday evening- The stew can wait til tomorrow- too hot to be simmering that all day!
I also made a fresh (Michigan) peaches "crisp"
Casey brought out ice cream and everything was perfect! (If I do say so myself)!
hehehe

Yesterday morning just an 'farmers wife' fare for filling up before the heat of the day kicked in. Fresh (local) blueberries in the pancakes, Wisconsin smoked sausage, Wisconsin bacon, Wisconsin potatoes, fresh (Door County) cherries, and a bit of caffeine for medicinal purposes too!
Mmmm!
(I done good)! hehehe
Tiffany remarked that I was a good cook! (Loving to cook, I also love the compliments)!

Are you hungry yet?!

No blog is complete without seeing Punk with 'her' Casey!
I swear the dog gets depressed if she doesn't see Casey for a few days...

Punk and her Casey

They are both (basically) healthy for now.
Doc Spires called to check on Miss Punk yesterday. Nice that. I told him that Punk seems to be doing much better, (and I was very happy to report there have been no further barf episodes).
Gee, are ya still hungry?!
hehehe
Hmmm... Maybe it's not so 'nice' of him. Perhaps it is his way of thanking me for repaving his parking lot and making his truck payments.   hehehe

Casey goes in next week for her recheck for her blood testing. This will be the final test for whether she needs more iron infusions, and to maybe tell us how her body is processing it all.
We will have those results the following Monday or Tuesday- Seems like such a long wait. Sometimes I think that is what we do best.

I'd better close for now- a few 'rumbles' outside, but no rain yet. The field hands are all still working.

Have a 'wunnaful' weekend!

Love to all

XOXO
Me

DJ Flom

Three year old DJ Flom helped save 21 people from an apartment fire.

The fire started in DJ's bedroom after his nightlight caught fire. It quickly spread to his wall and to his bed
The three year old woke up and went into his parent's room, waking them up.

There was a working smoke detector in the apartment, but DJ woke up even before the detector went off. Fire officials say that if he hadn't, things could have been much worse.

DJ told them that his grandma had woke him up and said his bed was on fire.

The strange thing is, DJ's grandma had died 2 months earlier.
From Channel 11 news this morning, Robert Hornacek reporting-

(I can't find the story on their site yet, Good Day Wisconsin ends at 9AM, perhaps then).
Local story from Oconto- about 20 minutes north of me.

How awesome is this?!?

I know some of you do not believe in the fascinating world around us of the paranormal.
Some of the more pragmatic do not believe in miracles.
I know some do not believe in angels.

But how can you not believe in Grandma?

Miracles?
Angels?
Grandma?

I do not believe this 3 year old concocted this 'story'.
What say you?

Inexplicable Shot

As I uploaded my pictures from my camera this morning, I found this one in the middle of all my other photos.

As you all know by now, I do encounter a wee bit of the paranormal in my home.
Nothing scary ever. Mostly just 'weird' (for lack of a better word).

I really don't 'see' anything out of the ordinary here.
Knowing I have not gone anywhere inbetween these pictures.
Save for the fact that this is not my house!

Please explain?

XOXO
Anne

History. My Home.

John Yusvak, my grandfather

Good Morning!

This blog is in answer to RT's comment in my last blog about what the heck was on my staircase in that picture... I have decided to reply here as my grandchildren may one day be interested in it all.

RT asks, "Were your parents the ones who originally built the house? I don't know where I got the impression that it was older than that."

You are right. Many parts of my house ARE older than what you might think.
Read on.

My grandfather bought the land in the early 1920's.
The land east of the house- where my garden is, and beyond, was an old dump. (Cool)!
Mom found many artifacts, and even arrowheads, in that garden.
There are still Indian kilns in the woods down by the river. (Native American Indian).

Anyhow, there was no home on the property when Grandma and Grandpa bought it.
Grandpa, working for the railroad, moved the 'house' that had been abandoned, from on the hill (just west off what is Pittco Road now), to here.
The well pump is still up there, and last I knew, still worked. Oddly enough I do not know where the original well was here. I believe it was just north of the home, but am unsure.

That 'house' that my fathers father 'moved' is what my kitchen area is now. This part of my house is over 200 years old; and, as you can guess is very, very, solid.

Throughout the years, my grandfather built their own kitchen for Grandma- This is now the east end of my living room, as mom and dad remodeled just after they got married in 1949.

When Dad remodeled in 49-50, he added the back room.
This room is off to the left at the bottom of the staircase in the pictures.
~ When I was growing up, we always called this room "Grandma's Room". This is where Grandma stayed and prayed.
Incidentally, this also became my mothers room in her last few years as climbing the steps was out of the question for her to do.
Once again it became "Grandma's Room"
.

Stairwell

Grandpa also had built the upstairs, but it remained unused, never finished until mom and dad got married.
My Dad slept up there before he married, and used a ladder to climb up there every night.

This ladder was located about halfway up the living room wall.
When Mom and Dad remodeled in 1949-50, he added the staircase, thus removing that ladder.

In 1956 came the bathroom, which in the pictures is the doorway at the bottom of the stairwell. He also dug out the basement (by hand), and added the back entrance that same year.
The door that comes into the kitchen (from the back entrance), is original to the 1920's, perhaps before. The glass is handblown.
This was their 'outside' door for many years.

My grandfather, John Yusvak, died in 1934, having a heart attack at his work.
My grandmother, Katherine (Radetsky)-Yusvak died here when I was 4/5, in 1962/1963.
I believe that both of them were laid out in the living room for their wakes, about where I am seated now. This was the custom of the day.
My mother passed away here also.

The history of the 'house' that Grandpa relocated to this plot is basically unknown. I know for sure there was a schoolteacher that lived in it.
The old schoolhouse was about 1/4 of a mile away from here, right in Flintville; and was used until the mid~1950's (to the best of my knowledge).

I also think the schoolmarms name was "Cook" but am unsure. She would have been teaching during the turn of the last century (1900's).

What happened "in" the kitchen when it was first built, (and "when" it was first built), is unknown to me.

I still have all of Mama's journals stored in the attic.
I have not touched them. Ever.
Perhaps one day I will. I have not yet felt comfortable enough to do so.

And so Sweet RT, you have asked... I hope this has clarified a bit of it for you.

More questions anyone? Ask away. I promise to try to answer them all.

XOXO
Me

You Figure it Out?

Sputty says "hi"!
.
.
.
Good Evening-

I was going to wait to post this second blog of the day...
But I am happy to report that I can eat and think at the same time.

Both fuses were replaced in the water pit yesterday, and I had no water still. Nothing would turn on anywhere out there. Suffice to say I was more than frustrated at that point.

After supper, I went outside with Punk. As I walked, I ended up out by the pumphouse, and went back inside the little building.
As I opened the door to the darkness, the system kicked in and everything started running once more.

This is not the only weird thing that has happened of late, and mighty often for the past few weeks. (OK, more often than normal for here).

Add to all that, these pictures.
And then let me know what you think.

Casey looked at them this afternoon, and had two words. "Oh, my!"

I do love my little camera. Know that I had taken a dozen or so pictures in the meantime, (all with the infrared setting on), but the rest were all "normal"

Too Busy to Follow (Paranormal).

Hi Everyone;
I wasn't on today as my beautician was 'in the house'.
I have a perm once again!  She did an amazing job-

Anyway, I wanted to share a photo with you.
Know that this doesn't happen often.
I will go up to bed.
Punk always waits for me to clear either the top/bottom stair before following me.  But as I do, she follows right away.  Usually...

Every now and then she lags behind and no amount of coaxing will speed her up.
(Just like no amount of coaxing will remove her from her dinner either).
She does not act scared one little bit. Just too busy to follow.

Forgive the fact that I always have some crap on the bottom step.

Double Paranormal Blog- (Grab a Cuppa)

Yes, it is long. But oh how I would love "Multiply" comments too!
It is also a repost from Y! 360.

Please bear with me,
as I try to UNscrew my own screw~ups on here today.

My little Valerie- surrounded by her spirits, and angels...

Good Morning Everyone...

I think I am about to open a whole new can of worms with this entry- Have just finished writing to Cousin Buttercup- She had asked me a bit about spirits etc etc etc...
Will try to copy/paste her note onto this page for you- And my own response to it too...

I shall first copy what I think may have made her ask the question of me in the 1st place...

Here goes nuthin'...

I remember the 1st time to have come all this way from home; with the girls all so little... Not really knowing anyone, (rather just knowing OF them)- but finding ourselves so very welcomed too. Being granted the opportunity to stay in my grandmother's home was an extra special invitation for me- (I missed meeting her by such a short while)- When I come to Sault Ste. Marie I stay here to this day-

It is a wonderful old home, with many joys- almost palpable, tangible, in their entirety...
The "feel" of the house- Like I have been here many times-
Perhaps that is the spirit within us all.
Perhaps the deja~vu is REAL- and I HAVE been here before; (cell memories being what they are)... I do not know.
But here I find a peace within my soul that I do not find anyplace else
.
Now her notes... and mine

Saturday July 15, 2006 - 12:13am (EDT)

Anne-

I hear that you were trying to spook my Uncle Scott by calling from gram's house and going to tell him that his mother said to call....that would have been funny.

Do you ever feel like there is anyone else in the house with you while your there? I don't know if I could stay there alone or not.....though I love being there....it is such a great feeling because nothing has really changed in that house since gram died. Not like the house on the Island-big-big changes there....for the better except maybe no more garden.

Now my reply...

Tuesday July 18, 2006 - 05:08am (CDT)

My Dear Miss Buttercup;
As far as 'anyone else' goes, it is a topic I would love to share with you; (but would definitely need more than the 4000 characters they give to a person to comment on)...

I am not afraid of spirits, "visits" etc...

Having lived through the deaths of both of my parents, and now living in the very same house where I grew up; the same house where my mother and paternal grandmother BOTH passed in, I have witnessed more than my share of the "unexplainable".

I have watched my animals and my grandbabies "see" things that do not correspond with what I can see with my own mortal eyes. But this is (and was) never a frightening thing for me either...

My own mother was more upset about these little things- The noises that had no visuals to go with them- or an apparition that may/may not have been shared with another in the house- And she was very scared at times in her life; but only until Dad died. It was after his death that she began to welcome such little things; even the dreams she would have from time to time transcended his own passing.
(Personally, I am much more afraid of the 'living')...

I think you want to know if I feel if Grandma's house is haunted.

If it is, it does not scare me...
It would truly be sad, (and surprising), if there weren't any "visits from the afterlife" in a home that has been always filled with such a rich history of love and of family.

I have never been 'afraid' to be in Grandma's home alone.
There are so many wonderful things to look at and to try to picture the care with which she bought them- or the fun she had in finding them in the first place!

I believe she was a happy and joyous person; and I also believe that even death cannot change that which is in our souls to begin with.

Like I have inferred above, I could go on and on and on and on.

As you hear the obviously true stories of experiences that people have had in grandmas house, just ask the person telling the story- or know this in your heart for yourself, "Has anyone ever truly been 'harmed' in any way in that home?"

The answer is 'no'- (And yes, I have heard more than a few stories myself).

There are people that do not believe in spirits, and will tell you that their own faith allows them not to believe-
(Why then is there the blessed trinity"?)? A bunch of narrow minded bunk from people who will not believe?

I may have bordered on the naysayers point of view for a time in my own life-
But that lasted ONLY until I was touched by these spritis in/of/through my own experience(s).
I promise you this:
Those same people who do not believe are guaranteed to do that very thing as soon as they experience their own.

You 'believe', Buttercup- or you wouldn't have asked. That belief tells me of your own open heart and soul. And isn't it peaceful and comforting to know that those we miss so very much can still be with us at points in our lives?

A last thought too- Those who feel as though they cannot remain in a home that may/may not be 'haunted'... What makes you think that those spirits are "grounded" in any way shape or form? Spirits can travel; most people are just more comfy in their own homes is all- Guess I believe we should just comfortable enough in their own skins.

Do not ever be afraid, Tiffany- And if at any point in time you are afraid to even go to sleep, just pray to God and the Holy Spirit that you will sleep peacefully.

Dreams, death, and sleep, for us mortals are 3 things that we just cannot fully understand is all; and ultimately they are the three things that keep our own souls alive forever.

Peace.
Anne

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have I begun to make any of you 'think' about "things" you may have experienced of your own accord?
Think back to when you were a child...
  • *Did you have an invisible playmate?
AND FOR 'NOW'
  • *Do you remember dreams that made you feel good about?
  • *Do you believe that you have been here before?
  • *Do you encounter spirits, or feel them close-by?
  • *Do you truly believe in God? (Whatever you conceive Him to be)?
    • Jesus?
      • The Holy Spirit?
  • *Do you truly believe in your own spirit?
  • *Do you believe that death only separates us for a little while?
  • *Do you believe in the afterlife?
  • *Do you believe in reincarnation?
  • *Cell memories?
  • *HAVE YOU BEEN HERE BEFORE?
  • *Do you believe that only fear of fear itself keeps us from witnessing our own lives on a truly spiritual level?
  • *Do you believe in your Guardian Angel(s)?
If so, or if not, please feel free to share your own experiences with us all in the comments at the bottom.
You can even email me pictures at Anna_Loves_Life@Yahoo.com if you would like.
I am forever interested and curious as to what other people have experienced in their own lives, hearts, homes and souls.
Have a wonderful day!
XOXO
Anne
Oh, and as an added PS, for those of you who can just think noises etc can be explained by your house settling...
FACT:
New homes settle more often than old ones;
so please do NOT think it takes 50, 100, or even 200+ years for a home to "settle" ... Unless you have a terribly bad foundation- (and if this is the case, please move out for your own safety).
hehehe
    Faces; ~to Heartbeats; ~to Infinity...
    Good Morning to ALL...
    Are you still with me on this? (Hanging in there OK with my own little perspective on things)?
    Life After Death; After Life; After Death... (Part Two)...
    Again, no disclaimers here. These are only my thoughts...
    But I am curious...
    ...Could anyone 'see' the large open~mouthed face next to Johnnys in yesterdays picture?
    It took me a while too, not seeing it... and then, there it IS... I was pretty freaked out after one of the kids had brought it to me!
    ...And so here is another for you to take a gander at...
    .
    Do you see anyone looking in the window by Uncle Chum?
    .
    .
    (there is only green "lawn" out of that window)...
    .
    .
    .
    .
    How about a "face" in the piano behind Roberta?
    .
    .
    (there were NO lights on in the dining room at that point in the day).
    .
    .
    .
    .
    An angel on the siding?
    .
    .
    .
    Again, hard to see, but definitely there...
    .
    .
    .
    Was this possibly my "Amos" under the willow tree to scare Miss Punkin?
    (Look exactly where Punk is looking)...
    .
    .
    .
    ..
    .
    Do you see him now?
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    And what is Punkie looking at in this picture?
    .
    .
    Certainly nothing that either Casey nor I saw...
    Animals and Young Children see things that we do not!
    .
    .
    .What did you see?
    And how many pictures are there with so many orbs in them?
    Or even just one orb?
    Many people believe these orbs to be 'visits' from angels or even from spirits of loved ones.
    Others believe them to be their own powerful auras.
    Still others believe them to be manifestations of dirt on a lens... (not unless all consecutive pictures also show that same dirt).
    Or, dust in the air... But if there is all that dust then it would show up (once more) within all the other photos as well, taken at the same time. (I don't know about YOU, but if my house is dusty, it is dusty; that dust does not settle inbetween pictures).
    Moisture? Even on a dry summer day/evening/morning? Humidity being what it is, my guess would be it would show up 'foggy' and not orb~ish.
    Eliminate those particles then...
    That would leave spirits, souls, or angels...
    And the faces that we see?
    Not there when you press the shutter, but appear in the picture?
    I do not know how to explain that.
    Early pictures that would 'catch' such things were always thrown out.
    But if God has sent this to you, why throw it away before you know how to define or to describe it?
    But of the cat under the tree, I can only say that making this picture as large as I could after I had taken it, even distinguishes his b/w markings appropriately. Go figure...
    .
    .
    .
    A double~Heart orb over Ritas head in this picture?
    .
    .
    with the 2 others above us all?
    But can any one of you explain any of these pictures to me?
    Please?
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    And now...

    infinity    noun ...The state or quality of being infinite:

    boundlessness
    , immeasurability, immeasurableness, inexhaustibility, inexhaustibleness, infiniteness, limitlessness, measurelessness, unboundedness, unlimitedness. See limited

    The totality of time without beginning or end: eternality, eternalness, eternity, perpetuity, sempiternity.

    Many of you do not believe in reincarnation. Until I even only tried to understand the concept, I stumbled over many little roadblocks and questions of my own.

    And then, I began to to question a few MORE things...

    LIKE...

    • How big is BIG?

    • What does "God Always was, and always will be" actually mean?

    • What is space as it may/may not relate to Heaven?

    • What is Earth compared to an INfinite space?

    • Do you believe that God created all things? (In whatever image you have of Him).

    And what then is your own definition of time/space?

    "INFINITY?"

    Our humble little minds (that we use less than 10% of), cannot possibly begin to grasp even a mere, or basic sense, of "INFINITY" ...and beyond.

    My own question and ultimate light began with the following question:

    If God is infinite why would He then cast souls to earth for only approximately 70 years?

    I think we do not believe in reincarnation, only because we think of 'being' in terms of a mere 70 years.

    Now think of that same 70 years; and only try to compare it to INFINITY.

    Surely it is not even a drop in Gods Bucket of life!

    I believe that my God can/will/has given us life itself to learn, (and to relearn), here, (or even other places as well).

    ...If He is as capable, (as we all know him to be), then there is not only Earth in his control and His thoughts.

    Do I believe that we reincarnate immediately? Absolutely not. The more you learn~ (or even the more you screw~up), the more you are to share with the others above...

    ...And the need to define "above".

    ...As only God can do, (and what I believe He HAS done)... We are here, and so are they. But they are in spirit form, (while we are stuck in these aging and mostly unforgiving bodies of ours).

    I believe because some people are more "open" to these states of mind while others are more "closed~minded" or 'hushed' about that aspect, and in that respect.

    "Hushed" comes from other mortals, not God.

    God does not limit us; (we do THAT to ourselves).

    I believe we return with little imprints from our past mistakes and successes. This is cell memory. Somehow transferred to our present bodys while our spirit is coming to us with our life intact.

    Everybody, every single ONE of us, HAS a spirit, our soul, (or whatever you wish to call it). Some souls are darker than others, some are lighter. (And we ALL know people with dark/light energies, like this)!

    And we 'recognize' these spirits, souls from places we do not necessarily remember.

    Deja vu?

    Have you ever met someone, only to know immediately there is a close bond between yourselves?

    While on the other hand, have you taken an immediate dislike to another?

    There is a reason that our souls KNOW these things.

    You have just recognized someone from your past! The same as when you dream, and you travel and you "recognize" places that you would have no reason to!

    But even with that, the bottom line is that we are ALL here to teach others, something.

    We do not have to be parents or teachers to do this. It is simply what we are here for.

    Living. Learning. And Sharing.

    That no matter what kind of life path we have, no matter where that has taken us, somebody else WILL learn from it. (No matter how unimportant, or innocuous, we might believe our offerings to others to be).

    "Legacy?" You bet!

    Our own concepts of "right" or "wrong" most certainly does not play a role in this either. It is only HOW we interpret information given to us, or taught to us.

    We learn from our own mistakes, as well as from the mistakes of others. We have learned as much from psychotics as we have learned from high school; (AND we have put that to better use)... We no longer burn anyone at the stake because we don't understand powers that may be, or the energy of it all... or because we simply cannot comprehend "infinity" as being "Everything"~

    No longer 'hiding' our beloved family members away in a sanitarium or an asylum.

    We not only try to teach them, but we learn from them as well.

    That is the cycle of life.

    ...And I do not believe that our learning stops with our heartbeats. I believe that since God has created us in His image, that we just keep getting better and better with each life cycle.

    70 years?

    Not a chance... if you can take into consideration that He always WAS, IS, and ALWAYS will be. The simple "INFINITY" of it all.

    As I stated yesterday then...
    "
    Certainly this entire topic cannot possibly contained in one minor blog posting. I will be posting more on this... (Especially AFTER I get to read all of your comments and such)."

    There exists a myraid of questions still... Perhaps more later...

    Again though from yesterday, I write this not to detract from any religious beliefs, but only to ADD to them.

    Have a grand Halloween!

    XOXO
    Anne

    What of your own stories?

    Seasons- And a Ouija Question for you

    Good Morning;
    In keeping with the season that is soon to be All Hallows Eve, I have been surfing and reading...
    Some very intriguing stuff at times, and at others downright scary...

    In keeping with the other season, (namely 'Fall'), and the obvious cooling that comes with it, I have taken a picture for you.

    I do not like him in my "howiss"...  Nor does Mr. Sputnik.  I found them both making an awful ruckus, in a cardboard box in the back entrance.
    (The mouse dead, the cat toying with him
    ).

    There are a couple of things I do not want around me.

    The first being the "mowiss"...

    • Do you think these boards are evil?

    • Do you allow your children to "play" them?

    • What is/are your own experience(s) with one?
      • (Nosy, aren't I)!?! hehehe

    I think they are the epitome of creepy, and it will not surprise me at all to hear that no one has ever had a pleasant experience with one.

    Time to tell me your own stories...

    BLOGGERS, and other friends!

    So many of us have gotten to know each other through our Yahoo 360 blogs.
    Now that Yahoo has chosen to delete all of our entries, I snapped this final tally.

    I was, and remain, so very proud of that first blogging experience.
    And am very happy to know so many of you!

    3.  WHAT WE LEARN OF OUR FRIENDS; (and through friends of friends too).
    Many of you have learned my own little secrets, among other stuff!.
    Most of you know by now that I get some godawful migraines.
    If you look closely at the picture below, this is what I see at the onset of a migraine. (Pretty close to it anyway).

    Having gotten the dry heaves as my head was killing me, I thought I would die as my stomach convulsed and my back threatened to remain in #10 pain forever.

    9.  A few weeks back, I had my first experience to see an orb with my own eyes, and NOT through a camera shutter.
    I was not afraid. It was golden- Middle of the night. Punk had woken, and her movement on the bed had woken me enough to open my eyes.
    She did not growl but saw it too as I watched her eyes follow that golden orb.
    I have waited over 51 years to experience this for myself.
    I believe!

    I will post #'s 4 and 6 later, in the comments below.
