Yeah, IMMIGRANTS!! Some of them know English better than "we" do. Have you noticed how incredibly often people use "Your" for "You're," "Their" for "They're," & it isn't just contractions. I also see lots of "There" for "Their." What really gets me is this: "The both of us." Hmmm?
I have dyslexia, & more often than not, use the proper letters but in the wrong places. I review everything that I write.
By the way, "text messaging" isn't helping, either. i sur u no what i tlk abot. Hee hee. I couldn't even do it!
