Home already. And beat, but found this in my notes- From W. Glasser comes this neat little saying. (I do not know how accurate it is, but it sure makes sense to me). ***** "We Learn 10% of what we read; 20% of what we hear; 30% of what we see; 50% of what we see and hear; 70% of what we discuss; 80% of what we experience; and 95% of what we teach others."
I came, I saw, I read, I thought, I learned , I left!...lol
ReplyDeleteit is so true. I've noticed that when I've taught/trained people at work....I master stuff in that way.
ReplyDeleteAh yes: a reminder of the Wise Old Owl:
ReplyDeleteA wise old owl lived in an oak
The more he saw the less he spoke
The less he spoke the more he heard.
Why can't we all be like that wise old bird....................................Mike.
